Middle School Art - Texture Samplers

We have been learning about the Elements of Art in Middle School Art and our latest one has been on texture. We first created 2-D drawings featuring texture and this second project was an opportunity to create a 3-D artwork with a variety of real textures using only paper. HS Art II & III - Architectural Landscape Watercolors

High School Art II & III students just completed their architectural landscape watercolor projects and, once again, they did such a fabulous job. They each chose a building, house, architectural structure, bridge, or monument to draw and then, using watercolors, paint with a surrounding landscape. Finally, they added details and defined edges with a fine point Sharpie or Micron pen. Enjoy looking at their masterpieces!
